If you want to paint TODAY, have a VIP Membership, or are returning to finish a piece you started another day, you are welcome to CALL US so we can hold table for you.  Walk-ins are always welcome, if seating is available.

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS

Some of our tables can be reserved in advance, however advanced reservations do require at least 24 hours notice.  Reservations are highly recommended for large groups or on weekends/holidays. 

• So everyone has a seat (including any non-painters), please choose the appropriate multi-table option when making your reservation 
• Choose your date and your time slot (reminder, if you want to paint TODAY, please CALL US instead)
• One $10 deposit reserves your table(s) for 2 hours
• Reservations are held for 10 minutes past the start time before offering to walk-ins or wait-list.  If you are running late, we understand…just give us a call at 702-522-7119.

HOW IT WORKS WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

• Pick your pieces that you want to purchase. Paint them however you’d like. 
• Leave your artwork to be glazed and fired.  They will be ready for pick up in 7-10 days.
• In addition to ceramic prices, there is a per-painter Studio Fee of $12.  (No studio fees are charged to guests having a valid VIP Membership.)
• Any applicable “specials” will be applied to your final bill the day you paint. 
• If you are returning to finish an item you started a previous day, an $8 Progress Painting Fee will be charged (instead of a full Studio Fee) 
• Your Table Reservation Deposit will be deducted from your total bill on the day you paint.
• You will be notified by text when your finished pieces are ready for pick-up (approximately 7-10 days).

• For the best experience, we highly recommend a Party Package for large groups (8 or more).  Please visit our Party Page for more information.
• Tables with 8 or more painters will see an automatic 15% gratuity on their final bill(s) even if separate pay.  Please advise everyone in your group. 

We try to reserve our Wednesday nights for ADULTS ONLY. 

6 AFTER 6 = $6 studio fee per painter after 6pm. 

WHAT IF I DON’T FINISH IN 2 HOURS?

If you are unable to finish painting within the two hour reservation time, and we are unable to extend your time, you are welcome to take your ceramics home with paints (to finish at home).  You could also take your ceramics home and bring them back to finish another time (for an $8 “progress painting fee”). 

If seating permits, paint times can be extended past the 2 hours. Extensions might be subject to a $12 per-painter fee (during busy studio times only).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or same day cancellations.  (Studio-credit only for cancellations with at least 3 days notice.)
• Reservations with only a few people might be seated at a high-top table or combined with other smaller groups during busy studio times.  (Please add a note to your reservation if this is not ok with you, and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.)
